From Subway, why is it called a BMT when it contians pepperoni, Genoa salami, ham ??????????????????

The "Italian B.M.T." sandwich was originally named after the Brooklyn-Manhattan Transit Corporation in New York City. Its name has evolved to unofficially stand for "Bigger, Meatier, Tastier" and it has also been referred to as the Big Meat Trio.
