Been following this for a couple of months on AVForums, it does look refreshingly good. It's nice to see the studios possibly reverting to some adult action/horror films instead of the recent watered down rubbish to get 12 and 15 ratings. 'John Rambo' also looks like a winner if you can track that trailer down too.

Pah, the trailer has been available since 24th August. 
It's just been rated R by the MPAA, so definitely gonna be better than the first.
Received two new photos from the film today from my mate at Fox, so if anyone wants to see 'em, let me know.

Being a fan of the Alien films (well, three of them anyway) and the two Predator films i was dissappointed by AVP.
This however looks pretty damn good!
