A friend of mine has an Orange phone and wants to dial it from another phone whilst away to check her voicemail. I can't find out how to do this, the Orange Support website is a bit rubbish.

Can anyone tell me what key you have to press when connected to voicemail (usually it is * on other providers) and then what the default code is?

To access your voicemail account from a standard landline phone, call 07973 100123. You will then be prompted for your Orange number followed by the # key, then enter your PIN.
If outside the UK, remember to prefix with +44 and lose the first '0', e.g. +447973 100123
What is my PIN? Orange's default voicemail PIN is 1111. If you haven't set a PIN, this is likely to be your PIN number. If in doubt, you'll need to contact Orange customer services.
