beautiful, but it is the wet season (wet being heavy rain that dries within minutes) also can get the tornados as well.

Now lets see, UK, cold, wet, doesnt dry for days, windy, miserable

Well thought Id try and degrade your thread. Surely people find out what the weather is like before they book a holiday there (unless your going for work etc)

Sounds more like a thread saying HA Im going to Mexico

Great fun..... there are crocs in the lagoon and rivers leading to the sea, no one will admit this but I've seen two pulled out... one from the Pirate Party boat berth (around 5ft) and another from under Fat Tuesdays, or whatever its called... with the water slide into the lagoon (and yes that's where another 5ft croc was roped)....

I stopped at the hotel where the Pirate party boats berthed. Was advised not to go on it as a lot of people were getting food poisoning Also walked down the road from there to Fat Tuesdays and saw the slide you mention. Not a good idea walking that distance in that humidity. All the mexicans know we were British out walking in that heat

I went in the last two weeks on August last year and temps were about 35-40 degrees. There was the odd shower which lasted a couple of minutes but when it started it was very heavy.
