Sugar free biscuits

Boots have a good range. But this online store has loads! Sugar Free Megastore
Although Id only buy them if you have an issue with sugar as some can still be high in fats, if its for loosing weight you would be better off with diet style cookies but do read the label. Some are not that good for you!

You want to look for oats in the ingredients. So long as you don't go eating the whole packet in one sitting, it doesn't matter if they contain sugar, (not excessive amounts of course) because the oats will make them slower to digest and more energy boosting.

They aren't for me.
My Dad has just been put on a low sugar diet due to his medication.
He is depressed about not being able to dunk a biscuit in his tea (with added sweetener).

Comments on here are pretty accurate...I'm a diabetic and some 'normal' biscuits are actually better than some so called low fat or low sugar. It's a bit of a con really. I obviously can't comment on your dad's medication but can say that for me, I can have anything in moderation, including sugar, just don't wolf the lot in one sitting!
