psychometric testing
Hi all,
Has anyone got any examples of the above tests that they could email or direct me to?
After searching many a google result they all want money off me for anything more than the first 5 questions!
Any help would appreciated.
Cheers
Paul.

What he says - there are so many different types of test and you would need to be understand what test they were using and what result they were looking for to work to even start to manipulate it.
They do not come up with answers to say good hire/bad hire.
Of course you may simply want to do it for entertainment purposes!
One of the most widely used is Myers-Briggs and there are loads of these on the web for free - try Google.

There's also SHL which is used a lot - SHL - homenew.
I remember having 2 lots of these at two different companies (1 week apart!) and they were the same. I flew through the second test and had loads of time left at the end.

I would avoid working for any company that falls back on psychometric testing rather than using properly qualified HR staff and selection processes.
Anybody with basic skills in psychology can break a psychometric test with quite funny results
