anybody bought one form ebay for £158 ?

How does it work when you buy your own HD box? I currently have Sky+, if I buy my own HD box do I have to pay for installation or do Sky just upgrade my package their end over the phone?

the ebay boxes are far cheaper than sky's

I bought my HD box from ebay - works fine.
The HD movies fill up the drive really quickly though -some take up as much as 20%
