What ever happened to the ex-presenter of top gear? Is he doign any shows at the moment? He used to be good with his reviews and test drives.

Seems to do less and less though now. Both Tiff and Plato seemed to be reduced to one 3-4 minute article each week during the last series. The stumpy munter seems to be the anchor, and the majority of articles go to either (fat) Tom Ford or that boring, geeky, googley-eyed student-type whose name I can't even be bothered to register.
Bring Tiff and Plato back in to it more, dump the munter and the student and keep fatty for laughs IMHO. Still, it's signififcantly better since that tw@t Jim Lovetoy was botted off.

Met tiff Needell a couple of years ago when we had him as a guest for some Ford RS shows, a genuine nice guy, also met clarkson when he did that bit on topgear on the nurburgring with the jag, very up his own ****, bit of a c@ck, very good on tv though and top gear is one of the best programmes on tele if you ask me. We waited for him to come past just after the barriers at the ring, him in the jag, stig in a caged mondeo ST220 and some film crew in another mondeo, we all cut him up on the first corner, didnt show that on the tele though.

I don't think Tiff or Jason struggle too much Jason Plato especially is a very astute chap with a lot of business interests. He is also a lovely guy - nothing like the hard charging racer you see in the BTCC - played golf with him a couple of weeks ago (he is annoyingly good at that too!). He is also official brand ambassador for VW / Audi which keeps him regularly employed too.
