I would like to see him do well. He is the acceptable face of conservatism

Got to be better than that looney Ken, anyway.

Say what you see

At least with Boris Ken will meet his Nemesis!

At the end of the day its popularity, not policy that will win the vote

Agreed.

If I have such a thing, Boris is my favourite politician :-) He would get my vote every time. At my previous firm, one of the directors was really good mates with him. Despite his bumbling exterior, he's an immensely intelligent bloke and very sharp too. There's a good interview with him and Piers Morgan in the July issue of GQ which is worth a read.

Yup, agree, and what he lacks in organisational skills he makes up for. He also he knows his weaknesses and puts the right people in place to counter this.

Go Boris, Go Boris...

He is said to be a pretty sharp cookie despite all the hype about him. Certainly had enough of the other creepy prat.

Ken wants CC charge all over london. More than enough reason to get him out.

We'll see if Boris gets rids of the CC if he gets in. My guess is he will leave it right where it is - He can enjoy the revenue it generates, whilst blaming Red Ken for it.

He might even be able to expand it and still blame Ken for the plans.

At the end of the day, whatever his qualities, Boris is a politician, and that, by default, makes him a two faced lying cheating ****er

I've just looked at Boris's voting record. It's ****ing abysmal. He is in 567th place in terms of parlimentary vote attendance - Basically he hasn't bothered to turn up most of the time to represent his constituancy (presumably too busy doing HIGNFY).

The more i look at his voting record the more he seems a bit too far over to the right, as much as Ken is too far over to the left. But hey, at least it gives us a clear choice, unlike the main parties.
