Mate at work is thinking of getting a cheap enough car to track/play with on dirt roads/off road/track etc etc

his budget aint high,all he wants is alot of torque,wahoo grin factor rather than top speed or style etc,just summut to push him back into his seat a bit.

i thought of a 200sx,cheap enough but turbo o laggy

any older cars that have some good torque/power ?
