Just got all the stuff through for it.

Just wondered HOW "exclusive" this is, and how many others have had a welcome pack through.

Sounds like similar offers to mine, but no Cornwall for me, I got Canary Wharf.

lol I only spend £135 a month now, maybe its my dropping spend that has encouraged the service.
Guys that have got their packs.... what you make of it??? Will be interested to see how this "changes" my interaction with Orange.

You spend £135 on 1 phone a month? No wonder their sucking your c**k so to speak!
I struggle to do that on my phone when working in Morroco. And that costs fortunes to recieve and call
No wonder they want you lot to stay with them. Have you thought about changing your tarrifs? I spend a hell of a lot of the time on the phone but don't come any where near that cost wise

Got mine through the post today
Ive actually been using the number for a month already simply because I noticed there was no queue for it..... unkown to me that it was a premier line. that was the number they gave me a month back to call them back on regarding something.
Seems the premier tier has been active before notification was sent out ! Otherwise they would have told me to ring back on the normal number!
Have to say, I had one issue over the past few weeks, and I was getting constant calls, almost daily, from the guy dealing with it on that number, keeping me posted on it.
So a big from me so far
Noone else I know has got one...including anyone else in my family on orange.

I'm leaving them even though they've given me it.
Lost phone on Sat, reported it straight away and got it barred and they said i need to ring back with a crime reference number. This i did on Monday but they then said that because i'd left it more than 24 hours before reporting it lost/stolen my insurance wasn't valid Errrrrr....i did report it after about 24 minutes, but that wasn't good enough

Orange are now back in my good books
Just been given a free new Nokia N95, new plan for £25p/m with 300min / 400txt / unlimited evening and weekend txts and £100 credited onto my next bill from them as well as being a premier customer still.
Yay!

Im still yet to call them up to talk business with them, but hope to be able to in the coming day.
For anyone that has spoken to them on Premier, how do you know you are getting thru to special people ?? Is there another cust serv number, I have not read it lol. Still using 150

I've been ringing 07973 100 150 from my office phone today and having to enter my mobile number. Then it puts you straight through to someone if you choose option 4 rather than the old press 1 for this dept, 2 for that dept etc. They've all said "Orange premier" when they answered. Perhaps you get put through to premier if your number is linked to it?
Was quite impressive compared to the last few months as i got through straight away 3 times when ringing at lunchtime which is obviously mega busy.
