Im going to start playing arond with PB on the locked server shortly. If I get that working right, then it will also appear on the public one.

I was following one guy around in spectator mode for a while (as you do), and it was quite bizzare to watch how his gun moved onto targets, compared to other players. I think he was using an aimbot of somekind

Lets just hope our STi stats don't all change around when PB get running

Punkbuster have stopped working on there anti cheat software. It now out of date and stops non of the latest hacks.

Will send you some into offline.

 

Forgot to add that the client side of PB causes problems with other Anti Cheat measures so best no to install it! We do not all want to be banned from public servers do we!

Any anti cheat software is a good thing as far as I'm concerned. I was playing on the Rogue server yesterday and one guy was definately wallhacking and aimboting. When most people cottoned on the fact he left the server, rejoined and changed his name hoping that no one noticed, then proceeded to cheat again

I didn't stay long after that cause we were told Steve was on the locked server and I went over to say hello.

Yeah that Moutons nurk. What a tw*t. Headshot after headshot. Then he did what they all do when spotted, started losing regularly to look "realistic" and joining the text banter, which he didn't while he cheated.

Hilariously enough we pretended he wasnt cheating until he congratulted somebody " for not saying everyone is cheating", then we posted "we're not saying everyone mate......."

Other than him a good sesh, although I had drunk far too much wine and brandy by the end.
