I've sold something on Ebay and sent the buyer an invoice. The buyer has asked for my address to collect the item. I've sent it twice but they seem not to be getting my messages. I get theirs but even when I reply to their hotmail address (within their ebay email) I get no reply, worse still their hotmail address gets bounced - from my hotmail address.

What's the best way for me to contact Ebay to find their details. Or any other suggestions welcome.

when you send an invoice, via the ebay system your address should be on the automated invoice.
are you saying that the buyer is getting the invoice, but no address ?

does the internal ebay messaging system not work for you ?

The invoice should have been sent out at the end of the auction, maybe they're not getting their ebay mail?

It doesn't seem to. I've sent everything within Ebay messaging so as not to have this problem
