Ascot tickets for Ladies Day
I've been given some tickets for Ladies Day but on the ticket it says that no access will be allowed into the racecourse if tickets have been 'resold, transferred, exchanged etc...'.
Does anyone know how they can tell?
I've been given these in good faith ie. as a present, so what's likely to happen when we get there

I had some Crufts tickets and couldn't make it so sold them on eBay and they had my name on. I would think that you could say they were bought as a gift. How could they check?
