I have one too that I bought second hand, gloves are rubbish. I haven't got diet plan either The instruction book I downloaded from the net.

Trust me, you don't want to see it. utter tripe. 2 American Tarts as wooden as an oak tree doing stupid exersices on the slam man. Waste of time.

Just set the time, programe, and level, then just bat the hell out of it.

Which colour did you get? Mine's the Silver one.

dur me i should of checked there website sheers for the manual advice as for the dvd if they aint fit tarts then i aint missing nothin cheers stilover and yeah i got the silver one gave it a quick battering last night but used water to fill i feel sand would be better
