I have one too that I bought second hand, gloves are rubbish. I haven't got diet plan either The instruction book I downloaded from the net.

Just set the time, programe, and level, then just bat the hell out of it.
Which colour did you get? Mine's the Silver one.

dur me i should of checked there website sheers for the manual advice as for the dvd if they aint fit tarts then i aint missing nothin cheers stilover and yeah i got the silver one gave it a quick battering last night but used water to fill i feel sand would be better
