Watch fans - Eventually got one....!!
Well, after searching high and low for the past 6 months or so - including every Rolex dealer at every airport I've been to recently (quite a few!) - I happened to stroll into my local Rolex dealer looking for something else entirely and innocently asked "Any chance you've even seen a Rolex Submariner Anniversary?"...
...to be answered with "The green bezel one? Had one in this morning sir".
Credit-card battering later and this Z serial 16610LV is now on my wrist:

LOL @ all the w*nkers who can't afford a nice watch slagging it off! 
Surely if you haven't got anything nice to say, it's better to keep quiet - just because you think there are 'superior' watch brands out there, or they aren't worth the money, you still come across as either jealous or just plain nasty.

I like it. Its a bit different but we need that nowadays. Since i bought my Breitling Avenger last year, i unconsciously have a peek at peoples wrists to see what they are wearing.

Great choice, I got a seadweller 6 months ago and i think only one person has noticed it and mentioned it to me, Luckily they weren't wearing a hoodie and didn't have a knife in their hand. Have you worn the hologram off the back yet?

What makes me laugh is that if you photoshopped out the word Rolex and replaced it with Casio, everyone would say it looked horrible.
I'm not jealous, I just don't see the point in spending just for a brand name.
