Just been loaded in the cop car to be taken back to court.
Apparently she tried to plea to have her hearing on the phone
Judge, very pissed at her release, said nope, get down here.

lol are you kiddin !! For someone who loves themselves THAT much, being handcuffed is humiliating enough, let alone being the centre of a matter like this and paraded on TV and worrying about going back to jail.
If she was genuinly upset and scared of being there, going back to somewhere you know you are scared of is worse that going somewhere you dont know.

It's not like she'll be doing any time in a real prison..
Be more like the Hilton in a Hilton if you ask me!
She has been held at the Century Regional Detention Centre in Lynwood, California, in a special unit for celebrities, public officials, police officers and other high-profile inmates, and has so far served five days of her sentence.

Not really mate: it's about time she showed some appreciatation for the seriousness of her offence and the consequences of treating the law with contempt.
If she thinks this is bad, she should be grateful she didn't injure/kill someone- the ride in the back of that police car would have been much worse!!

Skinny bint should be doing hard time on death row.
People say she's being treated unfairly because she's a celebrity but she was caught drink driving, copped to reckless and had her licence suspended and was on probation.
She then chose to drive, was caught another twice and got sent da'an (eastenders stylee)
If this was the end of Traffic Cops and theakston was saying "The airhead socialite who broke the probation terms of her reckless driving sentence and was caught driving twice more will banned was given 40 odd days in a cushy jail" they'd all be outraged.
Hopefully, even she's not thick enough to do it again now...

As the old saying goes, "If you can`t do the time don`t do the crime."
No matter who she is, nobody should be above the law. It is obvious that she couldn`t hack it in the slammer, so tried to alleviate her sentence by playing on a medical condition. Which didn`t work. I personally would have let her serve her sentence in the general prison, not in a luxury cell.
She should live the life of a criminal, which she is.
It shouldn`t matter who you are in life, rich or poor. You should be able to face the consequences of your wrongdoing, not whimsy out of it by playing on incontinence which may not even exist.
If she was that worried, she could always take a change of clothes or ask for another jailsuit.
