Contacting eBay, but not a dispute?
Someone win one of my auctions on 2nd May and contacted me shortly afterwards to ask if I accepted a personal cheque. They subsequently forwarded me a cheque which I cashed.
However, they haven't yet given me their address so I can send them the item! I've sent them 3 messages and 3 separate emails, but to no avail!
I don't want to ruin my 100% feedback so can I get eBay to intervene and prompt them directly?? If so, how do I go about this, as I don't think it's a dispute as such.
Thanks
SS23.

Thanks Freak - exactly what I wanted
Having completed the details, eBay sent an immediate email with contact details and whilst the address isn't shown, a phone number is so I'll try that.
Cheers very muchly.
