Default PDA / GPS Suggestions

Following a visit from Mr ****** on Sunday I'm now looking for a new PDA / GPS solution. I did actively use the PDA functionality so I'm not looking for a dedicated TomTom.

The current offering from TomTom of a HP iPAQ hw6915 looks impressive for 400 notes (yes I know they're way cheaper on eBAY); GPS receiver built in, quad band phone, bluetooth and wi-fi. Added bonus of needing only the 1 device in the car rather than the phone and a PDA.

Has anybody got / tried one of these, any other comparable bits of kit out there?

Have a look at the Asus P535, a very nice bit of kit too.
