I am currenty in a battle with Vodafone for not paying my bill, the reason being is because they have been charging me £15 a month for my FREE minutes! What do i do? ive now had a letter from a dept collector! saying they want £220 for 2 months service off vodafone

Ive been on the phone to vodafone god knows how many times and i still havnt received the correct invoices, What now? advice plz!

No it was £15 a month line rental PLUS £15 for my 400 free minutes thats why i havnt paid them cos the word in the centance is FREE! not £15 for your free minutes.

But seriously, you are probably best chasing the ASA on this one - you signed a contract with Vodafone, so you are expected to abide by the rules!

Boomer, ive checked the copy of my contract its £15 per month £1 for itemised billing and £2 for sending me the invoice, Thats it!
