I want to book a holiday, have not done the traditional hot holiday in years, have been skiing or to Anglessey.

So, any suggestions, we have 3 kids aged 7, 9 and 11, quite fancy Greece.

Dont want anywhere like Kavos, i.e. not 18-30's territory but thats not to say we dont want some life around, fancy a villa with a pool, dont mind a small complex but no big concrete tower block hotels. Dont fancy anywhere thats full of Chavs. Fancy somewhere with nice places to eat out.

Want to book for a week, maybe ten days, funny as since I have started contracting I dont want to have so much time off !

Not sure how much it should cost but remember it will be high season, i.e. school hols. I am thinking sort of two to three grand.

With kids that age it's got to be Florida, 2 years on and I still think it was great.

Value for money wise with a family its hard sometimes to beat France...went there several times when I was a young kid...and now that I have a child of my own we are on our 4th trip there again...half way down southern vendee direction....great places to stay...weather nice and hot...but not to hot for the kids......great food....and not to difficult to get to with the chunnel etc....well worth a look....try a website called Chez Nous and you will be stunned by the prices.....we normally go for 2 weeks to a mid range mobile home on a 4/5 star campsite....and come home after spending money with change from a grand..not bad in anyones book...
