Default Don't mess with a Teenaged girl !

Two illegal aliens, Ralphel Resindez 23 and Enrico Garza 26, probably believed they would easily overpower a home alone 11 year old Patricia Harrington after her father had left their two story home.
It seems the two crooks never learned two things, they were in Montana and Patricia had been a clay shooting champion since she was nine. Patricia was in her upstairs room when the two men broke through the front door of the house. She quickly ran to her father's room and grabbed his 12 gauge Mossberg 500 shotgun.
Resindez was the first to get up to the second floor only to be the first to catch a near point blank blast of buck shot from the 11 year olds knee crouch aim. He suffered fatal wounds to his abdomen and genitals. When Garza ran to the foot of the stairs, he took a blast to the left shoulder and staggered out into the street where he bled to death before medical help could arrive.
It was found out later that Resindez was armed with a stolen 45 caliber handgun he took from another home invasion robbery. The victim, 50 year old David Burien, was not so lucky as he died from stab wounds to the chest.

Although this story comes from Liberty Post which means I can't vouch for the reliability, its a cooool story

Good job it didn't happen in this country, She'd have ended up sharing a wing with Tony Martin

Technically though the headline is incorrect, an 11 year old isn't a teenager

It's too 'perfect' to be true in my opinion. Immigrant robbers, young white avenger dishes out justice- don't you know they REALLY deserved it.

You don't hear these in the news much - Mtbr.com Forums

Urban myth which leads me neatly onto a thread I'm going to start.

Would've made a better story if she'd put a load of marbles at the top of the stairs and rigged a waffle maker to swing down and hit them in the face at just the right moment, sending them spilling down the stairs into a load of cacti

While all the time sporting a cheeky wee smile with cheeks you just want to give a good squeeze ala mad aunt whatserface.

Not stalking two spick tresspassers like something out of commando then blowing his bollox off shouting "Ge'roff moi laarnd!" (but in an american accent)

The story is 100% fake. First of all, it's from the NRA forums, and all of the links I can find to it on yahoo are on pro-gun websites. No link to an actual news source.

Second, the name Ralphel Resindez is actually a knock off on an actual killer, Raphael Resendez Ramirez, who is also known as "The Texas Railway Killer", Enrico Garza is the name of one of the members of the band, Los Lonely Boys, and Patricia Harrington is an award winning author of such books as "Death Stalks the Khmer"

Third, there is NO WAY that a buckshot gun, even at point blank range, could cause sufficient damage to a human shoulder that you would only make it from the house out to the street and drop dead in the street, mere feet away.

If you were hit with buckshot in the shoulder I doubt you'd get up from it. Nasty stuff. Probly rip your shoulder off.

A Mossberg 500 loaded with pretty much ANY cartridge short of a blank is going to give you lethal injuries from that close!
In fact at that sort of range there's going to be very little shot spread and you'd most likely end up with a 0.5" to 1" hole through you - where the shot cluster passed through.
