If you could ask Tony and Gordon one question?
Well listening to the Labour PPB on the Beeb today for the English local elections, the actors have been scripted to say "If I could ask Mr Blair/Mr Brown one question, it would be......."
It got me thinking, what would I ask... Any ideas?

I think it would have to be
"you've been in power ten years now and have been wittering on about improving the country for that length of time, however for the average man in the street the situation has degenerated - chav gangs roam the streets, minor crime that causes major effects on peoples lifes like vandalism, harassment, fraud etc seems to have increased and we are paying more and more for the experience that is life on this island. Therefore it would appear that things have actually got worse for joe public, so just what the **** have you been doing?"

"Why are you both such utter *****?"
I realise I could use the chance to ask a thoughtful, considered question - but they'd only not answer it and I am a squaddie after all.

I would ask whether they get angry when they read about the soft justice in the papers all the time, and why they don't try to do something about it.

Loads of potential PM's and Chancellors on here then - or is it loads of keyboard warriors?
Under Brown the UK has never had such a stable economy - wtf do you think all these imigrants want to come here - UK is a wealthy stable economy.
Will I vote Labour - well maybe, I can remember the Tory boom an bust and time when there were 2 interest rate rises in the same day.
How many folk on here could cope with double digit interest rates?

Why should it be necessary to do such a thing in spite of advice against it by the banking chiefs? Do you think that because he has overborrowed in the extreme from the IMF and increased the National Debt enormously, that we are running out of credit? and then what do you think will happen to interest rates?
The Conservatives had to cope with a world recession at the time and when they lost power they left the economy in the best state it had been for years.
