Anyone know whether there's been some new SPECS cameras put in between Jnct's 4-6 North and South (3 sets)?

No Olly - Going south this morning form Jct 13 I passed through the roadworks that have all the SPECS between Jct 10 and 7 for the road works.
Usually south of the M25 jct all the way to the A406 (end of M1) there aren't any more cameras apart from the usual Police Vehicle that sits on the flyover by the services around jct 4 but before them, this morning there 3 sets of new cameras north / south??
I only do this drive once every couple of weeks or so and don't recall having seen them before.

They've been there about 10 days now, there were some roadworks just before Jct 6 Watford going Northbound and opposite going south, now the road works have totally gone Northbound but the specs are still up, why put them up for 3 days of roadworks though ?, which really was nothing more than removing some bushes and trees from the embankment n/b, looks like a little more work on the s/b but again it's all embankment, all the lanes are back to normal bar the hard shoulder s/b, I reckon they'll be back to dig it up again soon.
Or as it's such a rapid stretch of the M1 they're there for safety reasons, the 1st set is on the straight after Jct6, the works don't start for another 1/2 mile and the 3rd set is just before Jct 5 well after they've finished, to be fair it could do with a good resurface along there, I have seen many an accident on the bend before Jct 6 where the A41 bridge is, always standing water/Ice in the winter along there.
I keep it to the limit just in case they're still working, although everyone else bombs through as if they weren't there, I'm not prepared to take the risk.

I'm wondering if the roadworks were there to PUT them up I think from now on I shall be sticking to the limit along there instead of living life dangerously at 74
