Duport - Company Formation and Companies House reports.
At one point it says it takes 4 hours - but that's how long it takes them to call you back. It actually takes about 5 mins on line.
Once they've done it, they send you a really easy to follow pack through the post. Only took a couple of days tops and cost £85 IIRC.
