Blocking out a face on a video ??
Say I wanted to post a video of me doing something really cool, but didnt want my face online, how would I edit it ?
Dunno if this should be in the computer section, but I'm guess some of the video experts don't look in there ?

I haven't seen nice facilities in the cheaper editing tools to allow something like a face to be tracked and pixelated, although I'm no doubt they exist in the more expensive tools.
The long way is to de-compress the video to a series of JPEGs, edit each and recompile, but at 25 frames a second or so, I wouldn't want to do a very big film!
The other alternative? re-shoot the film with a paper bag over your head

Play the tape on the telly and set up your camcorder in front of the telly.
Then with a bit of paper with a fake face. hold it over your face on the telly.
This might help you with the disguise
