Default Tracing a cars service history....

I recently bought a Pug 206 xsi from auction...it was a finance repo and came with no docs...

Ive applied for the V5, know that the car is taxed via DVLA website, and will hopefully have MOT too...

I need to try and get hold of the history of the car....can I simply approach any Pug dealership and ask for a printout of the service history, or will I need to try and find the supplying dealer?

Has anyone been through this process, any pointers would be most welcomed!

I got my BM's service histor from local main stealer the other day. I was more after finding what bits had been replaced [turbo/water pump etc] as I'm running this one to the ground to get my moneys worth, but they didnt really have this info on the network, only at the servicing dealer. D
