FAO cyclists
Do any of the resident cyclists happen to have a contact number for Wiggle customer services?
I have a problem with an order and I am sick to death of these automated responses
Cheers
Paul.

Thanks for your help folks.
It turns out the no. above has......an automated response!!
After a little digging around I did eventually find a valid number at which there was a human at the other end!! She did sound a little shocked to be getting the call though
I too have found their service to be good but the true test as far as I'm concerned is how they correct errors that do happen and thus far I haven't been impressed!
Hopefully all sorted now.

My, my. The phone calls are coming thick and fast now!
Their finger is out of thier ****. They are sending me a replacement order now but the shoes I ordered were the last pair so I have to wait on the other guy sending them back before they are put out to me.
I think the fact he is stiting with items valued at £150 more than he ordered might have him thinking he's gotten away with it .....worth a try!
Thing is he's on the Isle of Arrran! so it may well take a while for me to get the shoes!
