Scooby in a Field This Time
YR02***
In a field just outside Sherburn-in-Elmet near Leeds. Not looking too good. Is it any one's off here?

It's very close to where we, the WYIOC have our Monthly meet, as far as we are aware it isn't anyone we know, just seems to be a coincidence that it happened here.

So if it's got a Police Aware sticker I guess it's been stolen? Do the old Bill not arrange recovery if so - evidence and all that?
Failing that, I bet the farmer will move it, if it's in his way!
On a separate note, it always amazes me how strong cars are in roll overs sometimes - even the glass is intact!

It is a Police Aware sticker. The field is on the left about 1/2 mile past Squires Cafe.
I am at a loss as to why the Police have not had it recovered. Certainly when I was in the Police we would have organised its recovery straight away.

If it's not a danger I assume that it's up to the driver and/or the insurers to move it?

Don't know about the force the car was found in but ours would recover it straight away for forensics. Puzzling???
