Default Moving house etiquette

When we bought our current house the previous owners must of liked swiss cheese for the number of holes in the wall. We want to take our expensive current poles, they are adjustable so will fit our new house, however we have been asked to make good the screw holes or fit replacement poles.

Thanks god I have some spare paint!

Pain in the backside!

Make walls good is often in the T&C but in my experience rarely done.

Buyer has specifically asked, and I've had to state it in an email, so had better do it.

Does that mean paint as well or just fill holes?

Fill holes, smooth, and blend paint to rest of wall. Or at least so that its not an obvious repair.

Unless you've got wierd wallpaper shouldn't take long.

No sand fine polyfilla works well

Cheers fella.

I have spare paint for most of the the stuff I really want to take, may have to get some tester pots for other spots!

Got some Gyproc stuff which is nice to use.

Have started taking photos down, curtains where we have blinds and such, although we have no moving date yet, all fiddly stuff that could time out!
