Question what good West End Show?

Taking the misses to London this weekend, she wants to see a show what would people recommend?

I'd rather go for dinner then cocktails but it is a treat for her so I best make the effort.

TIA

Thought that had closed.

Most shows are pretty good, depends what she likes, but you may be pushing it a bit for 2 good seats this weekend for the more popular ones.

Will give it a go, always seems a lot of choice for shows, need to pick a decent one or my dirty weekend away will go up in smoke

For a hotel I stayed in the hoxton. Really really nice. V Modern rooms , lovely frette duvets. Good bar and a cracking breakfast.

If you don't know what she likes, how the hell do you expect a bunch of f**king pre-pubescent brain-dead arseholes to know?

Spamalot if it has opened in London yet.
Had front row centre tickets ($290 each ) on Broadway in NY a while back for it and it is a fantastically well done show. Dunno who is in it in London, bit in NY it was Tim Curry and one of the guys from Frasier

It's Tim Curry in London at the moment.

Mamma Mia is a perennial women's favourite. Avenue Q is very good but not so traditional. We Will Rock You is good too if she likes Queen.

Mary Poppins is meant to excellent too.

Thanks for the post, I found this in the search area. Looks a top hotel but unfortunately they didn't have any rooms this weekend.

Had a look on ticketmaster and there are there are no tickets for anything

What are these places like by the Theatre's that sell tickets, anything dodgy I should be aware of before buying from them?

Any other ways of getting tickets?

Yes, excellent show. Saw it last year with Patrick Swayze as Nathan Detroit.

Those tickets are in the best location too.

Thanks Kiwi, top man.

A little dubious buying tickets off ebay with only 1/2 days to post but will probably give it a go.

If you like Queen the "we will rock you" is very good.
