Default Going to Prague next weekend!

Got a mates stag do to attend at the start of Feb (and then another one in Poland in April) and very much looking forward to it!

Not sure how mad I should go on clothing though. Would a decent jacket do the job or should I be looking at buying a snowboarding jacket due to the temperatures out there, -10 at night!! A friend of mine went and she said that a 'normal' coat would not surfice.

I have had a quick look on the bay and there are loads of snowboarding jackets but they all seem a bit thin - Is it all to do with the type of materials that are used? Do I need to be looking for a different kind of jacket?

Cheers,

The Hoff

Rather than having one thick coat you' might be better using a layer system.
Which is why these coats might be so thin.

-10 pah, -30 at night in Canada and a normal ski jacket will suffice.

Have a look in Blacks or Snow & Rock and try some on, ask the staff, then get on ebay for a deal

Poor bloody Czechs.

Anyone noticed the influx of Eastern Europeans into the UK recently? Why don't they **** off back to where they came from?

Wink

if you'll be going to where i think you might be going, the phrase "neh peckney cozshy" [phonetic] will bring a twinkle to the lady's eye: translates as an informal "you have wonderful chests". worked for me! do not say it to a taxi driver when pi55ed.
