In this case I think that the racism bit is 1% and the bullying element 99%.
I suspect it is purely a commercial decision - show gets bad press, CPW don't want bad press, CPW pull out. Seems pretty straightforward to me...
...except it now has loads more viewers!

Poor decision: this kind of cr*p makes the programme even more popular 9everyone wants the contestants to f**k or fight and anyone with half a brain wouldn't have felt that the conduct of one person (not condoned in any way by the programme) reflected badly on the sponsor.

They have had all the publicity they can get from this, its a convenient way of welching on the sponsorship deal, i.e. they have an excuse that Ch4 and Endemol can't object to cos of the 'racism', thei adverts are just f*cking annoying.
