Tennis elbow
I have recently been struggling when i have played a round of golf with what feels like tennis elbow in my right arm! starts aching at first then gets worse and becomes pain! lower arm ends up feeling really heavy and the main pain is around the elbow! After a few hours its fine and does not hurt when im doing anything else, weights, working etc
any ideas on the cause or a cure??
