Hello,
Thank you for contacting us regarding your concern about the buyer
"xxxxxxxxx" who bought your xxxxxxx(item xxxxxxxxxx). I'm happy to assist you with this.
I've checked the listing and confirmed "xxxxxxxxxxx" is no longer a
registered user. Due to privacy law, I am not able to discuss the
details of another members account further.
I've also checked your account and the Final Value Fee has been credited to your seller account.
Here's how to see the credit in My eBay:
1. Sign in to My eBay.
2. Scroll down and click the "Seller Account" link on the left-hand
side.
3. On the Account Summary page, click "View account status".
This page shows fees and credits since your last invoice. Credits are
shown with a minus (-) sign. You can see the subtotal for an item by
sorting your account status page by item number.
The credit will be deducted from your next invoice total.
How to relist an item after an Unpaid Item dispute
Once you have closed the Unpaid Item dispute and received a credit for
your Final Value Fee, you can relist the item. You must do this within
90 days of the end of the original listing. You'll be charged a second
Insertion Fee, which we'll credit back to your account if the item
sells. Please note that only the first relisting of an item is eligible
for this credit.
To relist, go to My eBay and find the relevant item. Click the "Relist"
option in the drop-down menu next to the item and follow the onscreen
instructions.
You must use this Relist function in My eBay to receive the Insertion
Fee credit. If you copy and paste the content of the original listing
into a brand new listing, it won't count as the same item.
To find out more about our free relist policy, copy the following link
into a new browser window:
How does the free relist policy work?
I hope this information is helpful. I wish you success buying and
selling on eBay in the future.
Kind regards,
Ramon Tusker
