Scrap Dartford Tolls
only got 2 weeks to sign it.

Doubt it'll happen. From what I recall the toll was supposed to end when the tunnels were paid for, then the bridge, and that was paid for by 2003. The government claims the toll is still in place on the grounds of safety, due to them believing that removin the toll would increase traffic locally to a level above the routes capacity.
Bottom line, it's a nice little earner for the government so why would they give it up.

The most immoral toll in the whole country is now the £2.70 each way to cross the Humber Bridge.
People living on the South bank of the Humber, and needing cancer treatment, and a whole host of other specialist treatments, are having to pay this charge, sometimes two or three times a week. It's a tax on health.
AND: if you're crossing to see someone in Hull Prison, it's fekkin FREE, both ways!
