420mph is pretty fast but the scamera partnership were even faster to deny that there was a fault with their equipment!

I'd like to agree BUT it wouldnt have been a 3 pointer.
Looks more likely it was meant to be 40 in a 30 and someone typed it wrong!

That speed would have been OK at 3am on a straight road according to some

I would have been tempted to go to court over that, just to see how they justified it.

This error was made by one of our employees and is an extremely rare occurrence. It was not an error in speed recording equipment.
"We are grateful to Mr Matthews for bringing this to our attention and would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused."
We will now be sending him an NIP for 42 in a 30..........

Should have turned up in court, then gone to the press!
Is it out of date or is it the commencement of the summons?

Did he get the pictures issued with his NIP?
Legally they have to supply both, some partnerships have only been supplying one, thus removing the possibility of the person contesting it due to not being able to carry out the time/distance calculation that might show up any error in the camera.
