Calling the SN chefs
My youngest announced he wanted a soft boild egg for lunch, so i duly obliged , now its been a while since i did boiled egg (honest) so i conferred with the boss and Delia, opinions varied but agreed 3 - 4 mins would be ideal..
yea right
first one at 3 Mins, was liquid, both white and yoke.
2nd one at 4 Mins was slightly better, but still had a liquid white top, and liquid yoke.
3rd one was slightly better, so he had that, mind you once the yoke was gone, he didnt want the rest (typical)
so whats the best way to achieved a proper boild egg, runny yoke and firm white?

I got myself a Princess Egg Cooker a bit like the one below, £15, it steams the eggs and is always perfect, has a timer too!
