R U on BT Genie?????? (Mobile Phone)

just had my On-Line statment throught!!! 
for £20 a month i should get
100mis anytime calls free (Genie/Cellnet and Landlines only etc)
600 free text a month
Free Inter net access any time
looking at my bill........i have no FREE calls!!!!! even just into the 100mins of FREE calls, NO Cellnet/Genie mobile or LandLine call comes up as FREE they give you the charge and charge you for them???!!!!!!! wots that all about???
and wots the few quid you get back each months?????? it doen't cover the cost of 100mins of FREE calls i know that!
anyone else got this problem???
can you help me???????

Speak to grousey about it mate. He is on BT Genie and so are most of the POTN boys such as Adam, Iamanpow etc. they will all tell you what the score is.

I tried to cancel before the end of my 14 home approval. Sent the phone back by recorded delivery and they are now billing me for a phone THEY have.
Tried sending e-mails to customer services but they do not reply.

hmm i'm sure its NOT BT!! Genie use BT's lines/service!!! you can't get help from BT as they say 'Genie' are seperate from them!!????

I think Genie are part of mmO2 which was spun off from BT Group last week. ISTR also that on Genie, Genie->Cellnet calls are 'off-net' (i.e. not from inclusive minutes) rather than 'on-net' even though they're actually the same network. IIRC the same problem occurs with Virgin mobile->one2one calls.

Must admit I have had no problems, although I must be on a different tarrif. I send approx 850 texts a month and pay £20 a month line rental. Calls aint cheap though (must stop gettin p1ssed and using my phone when drunk and use the works one. 
)
