When are the Scoobynet Xmas lights being turned on this year?

This year's lights will not be black and white round the scoobynet logo, but will be green and red ones under each individual username. In a measure of the increased democracy of the board, users will be allowed to vote if they think other users should have more or less lights according to their popularity in the community.
