Hello

What it actually tells you is that the number originated at 02, not that it currently is with them as it doesn't appear to track porting to another network.

If it is a PAYG phone number, the name and address could be fake even if you could locate the details.

Various detective agencies can match a mobile number to a name or billing address.

that is true, but as above, if it is on PAYG and it is registered to a false name/address then it is not possible, or is it?

Nice one Scoobyangel.

I'd assume ADILM that it could be traced if the PAYG phone was purchased on a legit cc or debit card.
