Excessive use of the blur tool 
FHM airbushed out Kary Byron's freckles. Don't they have any concept or skin tone or pigmentation
Top two un-airbrushed one aren't bad, no real need to bother farting about with photochop, but they still feel compelled to "mess".

The first set of pics were taken with a view from the dreaded ''beer goggles'', the second was taken the morning after, where they all make Kathy Burke look like Kelly Brooke.
