I m looking to buy my dad sat nav for Christmas and have up to 200 pounds to spend. I currently have tomtom 6 on my pda and i think its quite good. I have seen loads of sat nav deals around but what make and model do u think would be the best.

I have looked at the tom tom one and it seems ok. Are there other makes better than tom tom ?

medion are quite good we had one but it got robbed out of my van last week robbing *****! it was easy to set up and the blokes were really helpful too on the phone

i have tomtom on a nokia 6600 and a gps holox reciever its bluetooth voa the phone and its never given me any trouble plus the addded advantage its a spare mobile phone as well
