Did any one watch that program on channel 4, Secret Millionaire.
He was only a young guy, but he was such a nice bloke, and really wanted to make a difference to that part of the Hackney community.

Agreed, it made for some good viewing...
I guess when you have as much money as he did, £40k really is pocket money. Nice that he could help make a difference..

Though it was quite boring actually.
Guy had good intentions, and he did find it hard to give away his money. The reveals at the end were pretty crap.
I'll watch next weeks, but I hope it gets better.

I think it would be hard for anyone to give £40k away. After all his paid all the tax on his income and VAT on his companys profits. I enjoyed the program but did feel that the goverment should sit up and listen and take note.

Only caught the last 10 mins. Seemed a nice guy and a lot of thought went into the money he gave out.
