Quality!!! I don't think I'll be trying that in Texas, as the best you'll get is tazered, the worst being shot!

The police dog is supposed to savage the runaway criminal in the black coat. Embarassingly for the police dog handler, his dog is not as nasty as he should be, and seems to think the whole running thing is a bit of a laugh!
