I like the idea of this new Al Jazeera English channel fronted by none other than David Frost.
It's already producing some interesting results.
Anyone know when it will be available on Freeview??

The explanation for the gaffe makes the situation worse.
Apparently Mr Bliar is tired of arguing with interviewers and just agrees with any question put to him!
Is this the actions of a countrys' leader who should demonstrate that he is acting (rightly or wrongly) on behalf of 60 million people, or a tired old civil servant who is eeking out his days, avoiding any hassle, for the day he gets his pension book and a gong for his long service award?

He was caught on the hop and he did agree with what Frost said in his question. How anybody could possibly deny that the whole Iraq war is a disaster for all, especially when he was part of the cause of it all.

But what gets me is that in the light of the American mid-terms, he's now reinventing himself as someone to bring peace
Fekker!
Blair's legacy to the UK: "The Prime Minister who couldn't afford to send our kids to University, but could afford to send our armed forces to die in an illegal war".

What I still struggle to comprehend is how he could never forsee that it would be a disaster.
Surely the lessons learnt from previous dealings with Iraq would have gave him plenty of insight.

The two million who marched on London knew well enough what it would lead to. Now they are telling us about all the terrorist cells in this country and how they are battling against them. Whose fault is it that they are here anyway?
