Anyone used/using Virgin Mobile? If so any views, good or bad?? Deals seem pretty good so thinking of signing up for a contract.

Cheers

I've been using them for ages now, never had a problem. Free voicemail and calls/texts between other virgin users are often cheap/free... they get 10/10 from me

very good on prices but customer services which were great have now turned to rat **** as NTL have taken them over, so if anything goes wrong, your on your own.. my phone is knackered and on a 18month contract, (out of warranty), they won't do anything to repair the phone or let me upgrade early..

having said that, i will prob stay with them for the cost, as swapped most of the family over to them now..

The Mrs has got a Virgin Pay-as-you-go.

She is happy with it, never really had any issues or reason to complain.

If your with virgin you can get a new phone for cheap mate. I used to work there years back. All you have to do is ring up and tell them you've damaged you phone and you know its out of warrenty, so would like to speak to the sales department about getting an as new phone as another csa suggested. Then they'll transfer you through and you can get a reconditioned phone (just as good) for half the price of a normal one!!
Hope this helps
