You know the thing where you are in a steel ball with two bits of elastic and it fires you up and your fat body starts falling out causing extreme panic.

There appears to be one neat the Trafford centre in Manchester so was thinking of giving it a go with my mate (J4cko's mate on here).

Anyone been on one, judging buy the Youtube video there doesnt seem to be any weight restrictions but there may be in Briatin, I am about 16 stone and my mate can add his own in if he wants but like me has adequate "famine provision".

How much does it cost (generally) and is it any good ?

I've been on one and it was fun, a bit on the expensive side, wouldn't pay to do it again.

mate i would imagine any elastic rope can hold me and you in a cage over the trafford centre is at the forefront of eleastic band technolgy
