eBay item to Turkish address with 0 feedback???
Another eBay thread...............
I'm trying to sell my camera from the USA, someone just used the buy it now for around $300 but they have no feedback, have only been on ebay 5 days and are at an unverified address in Turkey!
The bloke could be genuine, but I'm reluctant to accept the paypal as I have heard there are scams where people can withdraw the funds through paypal if the credit card is stolen, etc etc.......
I didn't stipulate about 0 feedback bidders in the listing, and I did offer to post to Europe (although only half of Turkey is in Europe) so am I right to refuse his purchase and re-list?
Cheers!

I had three attempts to sell my N70, 1st one was ruined by a Nigerian, second one was a Russian who claimed Paypal had been suspended for all Russians, maybe it was but no good, put on the auction that the sale was only for UK residents and it went, they paid up good as gold and were pleased with the phone.
Have sold stuff abroad and its been ok but generally you have to ask why bother if you can sell it over here, not foolproof anywhere but you have a better chance, low feedback doesnt bode well wither.

tell him your paypal keeps rejecting payments and ask for other payment - if he does try and pay withpp then u can refund it back free. that way you give him the chance to pay but you can relist it for free in a couple of weeks if it doesnt materialise
