Hobby type stuff - What do you collect?
After seeing the retro bike thread I want to know what (if anything) any of you collect as a hobby/pastime.
At the moment, mine is Transformers. (Done Vintage scalextric, Vintage RC cars and Vintage Hornby) I always come back to them if I start collecting something else. Someone once told me it was a very Gemini thing to do.
I'm collecting these in particular. All 21 issued TFC Transformer Collections. They come in comic book style packaging with DreamWave (comic book people) images of the character.
My Scooby crew
I also have this
Its a wooden case with silk-style lining with every original TV episode on 15 DVDs including the movie. Also has a TRU (Toys R Us) Commemorative Series Transformer all in the presentation box above.
Its Uber rare and will be sold on Ebay next year whilst the film is out. Should fetch a tidy sum.
So what do you guys collect - please keep more or less on topic chaps

1/18th scale models for me, only what I would buy 1:1 size if the lottery numbers came up.
Got about 70 now, mostly AutoArt & Kyosho - Ferrari's, Porsche, BMW, old Ford's etc.
Mrs. moans @ me everytime I buy another one as we are running out of space to store them
My 1:18-scale model car gallery

I have a fair amount of computery stuff, mint boxed 16 (grey and blue keyboard versions), 48 & 128K Spectrums, microdrives, Interface I, Interface II, Multiface One, 10" RGB monitor for the 128K+, original Kempston joysticks with instruction/POKE sheet, various related books (two signed by the author), loads of software, all the Ultimate series of games (Atic Atac and Cookie still sealed), although I'm missing a copy of 'Bubbler'. Got a few versions of Elite too, all boxed, Spectrum version has the LensLok.
Also have a few Super Nintendos, including a boxed Super Famicom, couple of Amiga 1200s (one of those I bought off someone from here ), can't really remember the rest

Its the scary one with the mohawk. Is it worth anything?
He was a lighting engineer so I think the provenance should be OK.

But I would hazard an estimate of +£2000 for an original, as you've described, in good condition.

He also has a "Joan Jett" red guitar ( think its a fender) that were custom built for her 3/4 size as she is a smurf, its signed to him as a present it was used on a world tour. does it have any value and if so where should he sell them?
Joan Jett and the Blackhearts (I love rock and roll) I think.
Thanks G.

Master Replicas Hero Motion Tracker
M40 30mm Grenade
VP70 Pistol
Gerber Mk2 Knife
Peace through superior fire power
The beginning is changed as the chestburster 'pops' out from an Ox used to drag the pod wreckage up the beach (rather than a feckin dog as in the original).
And extra scenes such as Paul McGann setting the alien free after capture etc... and so on
The problem with Alien 3 was they never managed to complete the script prior to filming so the whole plot lacked 'connection'.....

Dont really collect much these days. Used to have a thing for knives from Films but have sold most of them now.
Funniest thing I saw was a set of 5 dragons you got with Maccy D's happy meals (equivalent) in Hong Kong. Remember having loads of them then saw on ebay last year the complete set of 5 in boxes fetching £200!!!!
